REMARKS

(1) The value of the US dollar in terms of SDRs is the inverse of the sum of the dollar values, based on market exchange rates, of specified quantities of the first four currencies indicated. See SDR Evaluation.

The value in SDRs of each of the other currencies indicated above is derived from the representative exchange rate of that currency against the United States dollar as communicated by the issuing central bank and the value in SDRs of the United States dollar. States, with the exception of the Iranian Rial and the Libyan Dinar, whose values are officially expressed directly in terms of national currency units by SDRs. All numbers are rounded to six significant digits. See representative exchange rates for selected currencies.

(2) The value in terms of each national currency of the SDR is the inverse of the value in terms of SDR of each national currency, rounded to six significant digits.
